Novrac was founded to unify a range of impact-driven ventures under one umbrella. Novrac’s journey began on the tiny Caribbean Island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, where its founder was born and raised by a self-employed single mother. Growing up in humble circumstances, the founder developed an entrepreneurial mindset from an early age, constantly brainstorming and experimenting with business ideas. These early experiences fueled their dream of building something bigger—something with the potential to make a lasting impact.

In 2011, after embarking on their first international trip, a deep love for travel and exploration was sparked. As the Founder journeyed across four continents and lived and worked in three, they gained a global perspective, observing diverse cultures and entrepreneurial landscapes. Along the way, their natural curiosity and passion for learning grew, as did their interests in technology, finance, HR, and e-commerce.

Driven by these passions and inspired by the potential to connect ideas across industries, the founder envisioned a company that could unite diverse ventures under one innovative banner.
